our next phone meeting is scheduled for one hour starting

I suggest the Agenda below. Note item 1 "Future of EMOXG" -- it would be 
good if many group members could be there for this one!

Future beyond the Incubator stage; discuss option of aiming to become a 
subgroup of MMI group.

2. Next meetings

After that, the next meetings will be at the face-to-face in Cannes:

Tuesday 21 October (tent.) : joint F2F with MMI group (part of day)

Friday 24 October: full-day F2F of EMOXG

In line with the aim to discuss all issues at least briefly ("breadth 
first"), I suggest to look at the scale values this time, i.e. the
