Hannes, It is good that someone is looking at the common areas between the use cases, that is very useful. On Dimensions - I think a good point about EARL was in not specifiying a dimension model, just the ability to construct one (of your own choosing). 3 dimensions is very limited in scope so we would not want to be tied to this. On output - This is a difficult area, I just wrote in reply to Kostas some thoughts here. We will need to discuss this point in general, should it be approached or not? On input - For me the question is to the purpose of the EMO lang, is it to represent data like the state of a system or is it a more functional item that can represent input -> state (processing) -> output? In the later case the language is representing the data coming into and going out of an emotion processing system. This is of course colored by my own use of data and my own system "world view" so may not be suitable here. I am also not an appraisals expert, perhaps someone could reply to this? For me input is not tied to "appraisals" (the psychological construct) but is tied to "appraisal" (the human act of giving something a value). Best, Ian Emotion AI
