[EMOXG] BML Spec

Catherine,

The BML spec is interesting. As with EARL I think it is great if there is an
existing spec that meets the needs of EMOXG that can be used or adopted.

Following from Christians mail talking about a generic language, how would you
imagine a spec like BML fitting in with a more broadly defined language?
