[Note: resent from <palmero@un.org>] Information on ongoing humanitarian relief activities is one important component of the information UNOCHA (my organization) compiles during the response to humanitarian crises. To standardise data collection across emergencies, we have developed a web based application to be used by all OCHA offices (3w.unocha.org). Attached is the Functional Specifications of the Who does What Where (3W) application. This does contain a relationship diagram of the tables, missing some changes done to the database in the last quarter. The latest schema file is also attached. I hope this kind of information is what you are looking for to tackle activity 1.
