Revised section 6.6.1

Charles,
I've done some hacking on section 6.6.1 (paragraphs are now intro,  
standalone smil, embedding smil and smil as controller). I've tried to  
kept it as terse as possible, but if you think it needs to be more  
verbose (or if I'm missing points): let me know. Alternatively, if you  
want to modify anything yourself: be my guest, I'm not emotionally  
attached to my writing:-)
