AGENDA: February 3 Backplane XG Telecon

We'll continue the agenda, below...starting with Jack's discussion of his
SMIL implementation/experiments using the Ubiquity framework.  We'll
continue nailing down details of the scenario to be implemented across
SMIL, Ubiquity, SVG etc from last week as well.
