Interesting. As one of the comments says, "Perhaps, .io is too big to fail." Let's see. If it goes away, GitHub in particular will have to provide some substitute TLD. As for EXSLT, it seems to be both unmaintained and largely obsolete, with lots of functions being standard in XPath 2.0/XPath 3.1. I'd say it might not be worth referencing it at all. -Erik On Thu, Jan 16, 2025 at 2:37 AM Steven Pemberton <steven.pemberton@cwi.nl> wrote: > Ah, it has moved to https://exslt.github.io > > However, the future of the .io domain is in doubt (since the country it > references is likely to disappear). > > > https://www.reddit.com/r/Domains/comments/1fz6ky6/io_domains_might_be_going_away/ > > Steven > > On Thursday 16 January 2025 11:34:19 (+01:00), Steven Pemberton wrote: > > The spec says " number of useful community extensions are defined at > [EXSLT] > <https://www.w3.org/community/xformsusers/wiki/XForms_2.0#ref-exslt>." > > Unfortunately that site is gone, so we should remove that comment. > > Steven > >
