Sorting

Writing spec text for the sort property, I was thinking about what to say 
about <insert/>

I could say that <insert/> inserts an item at the correct location, but on 
the other hand, even if I don't, the existing text would ensure that the 
data remains sorted anyway. So maybe just include a note to say that 
regardless of where an item is inserted, it will end up at the right 
location anyway (and implementations could decide to insert at the right 
location during an insert, or just leave it to the recalculate.)

Any preferences?
