New iteration of the testsuite

I have uploaded the next iteration of the test suite.

1. I have started numbering it with a version, so you can keep track.
2. You can get the zip straight from that page.
3. Submission extended further.
4. Type tests improved, and one added. I discovered that many type tests  
were correctly marked as failing, but for the wrong reason. Anyway I have  
fixed that, and added a count of how many sub-tests have failed. I intend  
to complete all the type tests this week.
