Re: ACTION-2268: Add list of functions to main spec

A few comments:

- I would prefix the types with `xs:` as that's the custom in all specs,
including [1].
- The function signatures should be formatted as code.
- Also, classifying functions by their return type is not
particularly useful, but that's not new and it is a separate question.
