the new appearance selector in the form builder, which allows
switching appearances based on purely declarative CSS selectors, as

Another possibly interesting feature, also in the form builder,
consists of the first steps toward an expression editor, based on
adding new XPath validation functions for that purpose. Expressions
are then parsed and exposed to the form author in a more user-friendly
