Is there a documented intent anywhere for the XForms WG to develop a 
spec as a Community Group report that would come back to a W3C WG?

(I'm sorry this sounds like an odd question; I'm tasked with trying to 
make sure patent policy issues are covered. I also jump through 
flaming hoops as a hobby)
