Remove requirement that context item be a node

All,

I had an action to review the following text:

- "Every expression requires an evaluation context"
- "If the context item is a node, it will also be the context node. If
it is not a node, there will be no context node"

I have reviewed the text and removed the requirement that there must
be a context and that it has to be a node.
