Issues and going to Last Call

Hi folks,

In the meeting today, we resolved to:

1) close all Issues as satisfied by the current draft spec:
http://www.w3.org/2006/WSC/track/issues/open

2) go (again) to Last Call with the changes in wsc-ui that came out of the 
Implementation Reports:
http://www.w3.org/2006/WSC/wiki/ImplementationReports
http://www.w3.org/2006/WSC/drafts/rec/rewrite.html

If there are any objections to either of these resolutions, please raise 
them within the next 24 hours.
