I propose: This document is intended to provide user interface guidelines, most sections assume the audience has a certain level of understanding of the core PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) technologies as used on the Web. The following sections are relevant to all readers and do not require a thorough understanding of PKI: (Indicators and Interactions), (Error Handling and Signaling), (Robustness and Best Practices), (Warning Fatigue), (Conformance), and (Interaction and Content Model). Mez - This mostly captures what I was calling a "road map" to the HCI readers. IOW, pointing them to relevant sections and helping them skip the PKI parts they probably wouldn't understand.
