wsc-ui next steps

Our editors, Anil and Thomas, expect to finish their final outstanding 
editorial actions by today (August 4). At that time, we will be ready as a 
working group to vote on taking wsc-ui to Candidate Recommendation. Since 
we've hit the summer vacation period, we'll do this via the W3C 
questionnaire tool. Discussion related to the proposal for taking wsc-ui 
to CR will be via our mailing list. I'll announce when the vote is open. 
I'm hoping we can resolve to go to CR within the next few weeks, but 
getting there depends on people's vacation schedules. So we will not have 
a WSC meeting tomorrow.
