ACTION-502 - drive test case matrix

I updated the Wiki from the submissions for FF and O. 
 
The one question I had was for 6.1.2 H, is Opera a CI or a CN?
 
H The identity signal MUST include the Issuer field's Organization attribute to inform the user about the party responsible for that information.
The Issuer field's Organization attribute is available at least in secondary chrome.

I am pretty sure this is CI, do we insist on primary or secondary?
 
 
This action was easier than I thought it was, spent a while looking for section 6.12 thinking I had missed something.
