I've updated the authoring practice in [1], [2] somewhat: [1] now spells out a prohibition of mixed content with a SHOULD NOT; maybe that should actually be a MUST NOT. [2] now spells out definitions of unsafe redirect chains, and slaps a MUST NOT on them.
