Re: belated remarks on PII Bar

So could someone actually answer my question? 

Specifically, what conformance language do we have in play, anywhere at 
all, old drafts, new drafts, email, minute meetings, in my lady's 
chambers, that lays out the agreement we seem to have among many wg 
members about use of full screen messages in certain situations?

The current draft still does not include PII bar, so Ian is right
that the old drat is the best language we currently have.
