I meant very specifically the aspect I quoted Ian, not the whole proposal. 
Apoligies for my vagueness. What is the exact conformance language we have 
in play that covers using full screen messaging in appropriate 
circumstances?

Can either Tyler or Serge point me to the conformance language on that
