WSC WG participant review and comment of wsc-xit

As you all saw, the FPWD of our rec track document, wsc-xit (informally 
pronounced whisk-exit) has been published. Congrats to all of us, 
particularly those in the acknowledgements and the hard working editors, 
Thomas and Anil. 

Every WG participant is expected to review wsc-xit by December 9. You may 
signal your review by sending mail to this list. It is each participant's 
responsibility to turn their review into the appropriate set of Issues, in 
tracker.
