Introduction

I just joined the group and figured I'd introduce myself. I'm finishing
up my third year as a PhD candidate in Computer Science at CMU. This is
my second W3C group; the first was the P3P 1.1 group. Much of my
previous work has focused on website privacy policies and representing
them with usable indicators. I've since ventured off into phishing and
am looking at creating more effective phishing detection (both at the
back-end as well as creating better indicators for when a site has been
positively identified). My thesis is focusing on creating a methodology
for context-sensitive design of trust indicators (e.g., phishing
indicators will have different design concerns than indicators used to
denote good/bad website privacy policies).

I've met a few of you before, and I look forward to meeting the rest of
you in Dublin.

Thanks,

serge
