ACTION-103 Propose descriptive text on firefox anti-phishing UI (for 8.2)

ACTION-103

This action was meant to add text to the note describing how Firefox
2, Internet Explorer 7 and Safari 3 all incorporated anti-phishing
technologies that use a variety of methods to warn users when they
arrive at a suspected phishing site.

Section 8.2 (http://www.w3.org/TR/wsc-usecases/#spoof-prevention) of
the note should be amended to read:

--------------------------------

8.2 Many deceptive imitation techniques prevented

The most current generation of desktop web browsers contain several
changes aimed at protecting users from the types of spoofing attacks
seen in the past. Some of these changes are invisible to users, such
as preventing a web site from opening a window which is larger than
the visible desktop. Other changes are more noticeable, such as
warning dialogs which alert users when they arrive at a website that
matches an entry on a list of suspected phishing sites.

--------------------------------

This closes ACTION-103.

mike
