I love the history part.
The PageInfoSummary should be aligned with our recommendations on how SCIs
are displayed. In particular, it seems like good practice to me to call
out which information contributed to the state (or lack thereof) of the
SCI primary display, assuming there is one. I'm specifically thinking that
this would be aligned with What is a Secure Page, as they both get
templatized and conformance communicating.

ACTION-205: Update PageInfo Proposal after discussion
Hey folks,
I have updated the proposal to reflect the lightning discussion round
in April on the subject. The current recommendation can be found here.
http://www.w3.org/2006/WSC/wiki/PageInfoSummary
I haven't yet put it into template form, but in any case I think
that falls outside this action item. One notable change from the
earlier revision is that I broke out minimum information vs.
optional, lest we have a recommendation which starts piling every
piece of available information in just because it can be.
Cheers,
Johnathan
