Last call for proposals for the first editor's draft

Any proposal that is NOT using the current template format

" on 
http://www.w3.org/2006/WSC/wiki/RecommendationDisplayProposals

by this WEDNESDAY, JULY 11 will NOT make it into the first editor's draft 
for our rec track document. Shawn points out that there are at least 4 
proposals listed there that are not in the current template format. I've 
given him the go ahead to ignore proposals not listed there and or not 
templatized with the current format by that date. 

I'm looking to forward to seeing it how it all hangs together, and getting 
our initial proposals into FPWD form for the rest of the universe to see.
