I'm not sure what ICT is (I went back and searched the original comments doc to see if it was defined there, but couldn't find it). To the extent we are using established usability principles and expertise, some amount of multi cultural expertise is embedded in them (color is one of those areas that has strongly different meanings across cultures; it would be really useful if someone had a handy reference on color to add to 10.2). It might be worth calling that out explicitly in 10.2 - any concrete proposals for text changes on that?
