Recommendation editor(s) sought

Dear WG members, 

Since we will be beginning discussions of our recommendation(s) in earnest 
at our January face to face, we need to have Recommendation(s) editor(s) 
identified. Please contact me if you're willing to be an editor of our 
recommendation(s). We expect to have at least two editors, since our 
recommendations deliverables are currently phrased as two Recommendations. 
If we merge them, then we will have co editors. 

If you volunteer before the f2f starts, I'll give you your choice of the
