Re: Goal-based service utilization

It seems like the OWL-S and SA-WSDL groups are slowly dwindling.  However, I am interested in figuring out what the state of the art is for semantic web services both for governance and for service discovery.  Transformation of data from one context to another is useful.  I will read your paper and follow up.
