looking for guidelines in annotating WSDL files in Radiant

Hi Dear Blog Writers,

Currently i am looking for somekind of tutorials for Radiant (
http://lsdis.cs.uga.edu/Projects/METEOR-S/Downloads/Radiant). As i am 
facing few difficulties in annotating WSDL files with my own ontology. Do 
you guys have any clue or guidelines that how i can annotate a WSDL file 
in Radiant.
