added RDF files to test suite

Hi all,
I just added the RDF representations of some of the test cases in the
test suite [1]. The one missing is 00-all.wsdl.n3 - Woden(4SAWSDL)
doesn't support modelrefs on arbitrary WSDL components yet. 
The other (schema mapping) test files are not mapped to RDF because we
don't map schema annotations, so that would be the same as
00-plain.wsdl.n3
