Seeking example peconditions and effects for SAWSDL Usage Guide

One of the feedback items received for SAWSDL Usage Guide
(http://www.w3.org/2002/ws/sawsdl/spec/examples/overview.html) is that it
would be very helpful to show how to use a 'modelReference' to point to
preconditions and effects for Web service operations/interfaces. We have
discussed this request at SAWSDL Working Group meeting and agreed that we
should provide some examples for preconditions and effects in SAWSDL Usage
guide.

I would like to seek your contributions for example preconditions and
effects (in any language). OWL-S community may have some examples and some
of you may have defined some of your own for your scenarios. Any pointers
and or contributions would be very much appreciated.
