All, I see the following text almost at the end of the in the section 2.1.4. "A complex type can be annotated at both the top and member level. Both the high-level type annotation and the specific member element or attribute annotation apply to the member." This implies (rather directly says it) propagation of modelReferences from complex type to its constituent elements. However, in the discussion on using modelReferences for categorizing interfaces and operations we said SAWSDL should not specify any propagation. That would make these two inconsistent. I suggest that we go with no propagation in both cases. Regards Rama Akkiraju
