SAWSDL RDF Mapping section draft

Here is a draft of the SAWSDL RDF mapping that has gone from Jacek to
me (Jacek has not seen my edits).

Assumptions made:
  {model references} are a set.
    see http://www.w3.org/mid/
  WSDL RDF Mapping expresses RDF in Turtle.

Issues:
  sawsdl:modelReference hsa meaning in both XML and RDF.
    We contol both terms, but it it a good idea? SemWeb question, I
    supposed.
  I overused wsdl:extensionAttribute in the proposal to WSDWG. I've
    renamed one of them to quote:attributeHolder (again, has meanings
    in both XML and RDF).
