- vague editorial thoughts -- no wording proposals - Section 2.1 SAWSDL Model Reference [MR] is consistent about describing model references in accordance with their name. However, I feel that text like [[ The value of the attribute is a list of one or more URIs, separated by blanks, that reference concepts in a semantic model. ]] implies that one must de-reference the references in order to make use of them. To say it "identifies" concepts in a semantic model facilitates off-line use, URN-identifiers, and in general, the programs that can use the terms without consuming a machine-readable form of the term .
