hi, I think overlapping with the Tech Plenary day is probably a bad idea - and as an AC member i have an additional extra reason why i would have a problem changing the meeting time. In fairness to the W3C, the reason for having a Plenary week, is to have the plenary day, and for folks to be able to participate in the plenary activities. -jeff On Sep 24, 2009, at 7:23 AM, Bob Freund wrote: > A member has asked if we might be able to move our November f2f from > Nov 5-6 to Nov 4-5. > That would mean that we would meet during technical plenary day and > not meet that Friday. > I have not checked with w3c and thus don't know if a room would be > available, but first I need to know if the WG finds this shift in > dates acceptable. > thanks > -bob -- Jeff Mischkinsky jeff.mischkinsky@oracle.com Director, Oracle Fusion Middleware +1(650)506-1975 and Web Services Standards 500 Oracle Parkway, M/S 2OP9 Oracle Redwood Shores, CA 94065
