Notes for WS-RA WG meeting on December 8, 2009

For the WS-RA WG call today, the following issues are:

*       Ready to discuss - rest of open issues.

Also, I suggest that we triage the issues and determine whether each one of the open issues should be resolved before Last Call or during Last Call.
