[Bug 8184] New: Transfer: what does delete actually do?

http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=8184

Summary: Transfer: what does delete actually do?
           Product: WS-Resource Access
           Version: FPWD
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Transfer
        AssignedTo: public-ws-resource-access-notifications@w3.org
        ReportedBy: dug@us.ibm.com
         QAContact: public-ws-resource-access-notifications@w3.org

Delete says:
--
A successful Delete operation invalidates the current representation associated
with the targeted resource.
--

I'm not sure what "invalidates" means. I think most people think it means
'delete' but if so we should just say it!

Proposal:
Replace the above sentence with:
A successful Delete operation deletes the targeted resource.
