Hello,

I am developing an implementation of the Web Services Eventing (WS-Eventing) specification dated 28 April 2011 and have a
question.

Section C (titled WSDL)
indicates that a normative copy of the WSDL is available at:
http://www.w3.org/2011/03/ws-evt/eventing.wsdl
However the namespace declared in the WSDL itself is "http://www.w3.org/2009/09/ws-evt"
I assume that this is incorrect, since it doesn't correspond to the non-normative copy of the
WSDL presented in the document itself?
