Hi Eric, thank you for your feedback. We opened issue 6725 [1] to address your concerns. On yesterday's weekly call we discussed and resolved the issue [2] - the resolution can be seen at the bottom of the bugzilla issue entry [1]. The resulting edits to the WS-Eventing spec can be seen in the latest editor's copy [3]. Please look over the resolution/edits and respond back to this list with your agreement, or disagreement, on this resolution.
