Paul and I have discussed the prospects for conducting the scheduled meeting next week (Mar 19) and conclude that there isn't sufficient agendum. I would note that we are still looking for WG input on the thread [1] identified in Paul's email (copied below). The next scheduled WG telcon will be April 16. Paul and I will make a determination as to the need for a call the week preceding the 16th.
