Action 362 [1]: Implement the resolution for issue 5299.

Done. I tagged the updated interop scenarios and test files as Release-5-20080127 [2]. Users may check out the tagged version directly from the CVS repository [3].

Felix - I request you to update the WS-Policy WG home page. I suggest that we explicitly mention (in the home page) that the Working Group used Release-4-20070727 for CR interop testing.
