I updated the schema at http://www.w3.org/2007/02/ws-policy.xsd and http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/~checkout~/2006/ws/policy/ws-policy.xsd assuming that nobody will object to implementing this oversight. Note that the digest algorithm URI is also changed: http://www.w3.org/2006/07/ws-policy/Sha1Exc -> http://www.w3.org/ns/ws-policy/Sha1Exc Regards, Felix.
