With confidence, I can claim we can do this. I checked the primer. There are three places WS-RMP was used, section 2.4 as an example for assertions, 4.3.1 as a concept (reliable messaging) and in the conclusion as a concept. The namespace or specific policy is not used in any examples. Therefore, it is a simple fix. On the other hand, the assertion guidelines document had a specific reference and use illustrated.
