entering bugzilla entries

All,

I noticed a few things reviewing all of the open issues. In a number of 
cases, the person entering the
issue did not assign the issue to their account id (email). These ended up 
assigned to Felix. I have made the
necessary changes, but please do keep in mind that when you raise an 
issue, you own it and you should
document this fact in bugzilla.
