All,

Note that for this week's telcon, those issues that are discussed on the 
list will get preferential
treatment in terms of the order in which they are discussed during the 
telcon, especially if the
email discussion seems to be heading towards consensus.

So, for all of the issue "owners", please take a moment to spark the email 
discussion for your
issues. One way to do this is to summarize the issue, provide a link to 
it, and also, if there has 
previously been email or telcon discussion, provide links to that, and 
summarize where you 
think the WG is wth regards to closing the issue.

If you have a formal (or informal) proposal, be sure to include that. If 
there are people with
action items related to your issue, send them a private note asking that 
they fulfill their action
so that progress can be made towards closing the issue.
