new issue email notification

We seem to be having some technical difficulties with receiving email 
notification of
new issues added. Could be a configuration problem, however, it may be 
until next week until
the problem is resolved.

In the interim, please use the web-based query to get a list of issues

Thanks to all of you who have entered your issues. I will have a revised 
agenda with
