Short title: Context for Parent Policy Assertions and Nested Policy Expressions
Target: Framework
Topic: Editorial changes / descriptive text

Description: In Action 270, a combined team raised the question about the
relevance of context on parent policy assertions and nested policy
expressions.[1] Similarly, Action 286 for the Guidelines could touch on this
topic.[2] Therefore, it is suggested we identify the relationship or context
between parent policy assertion and nested policy expressions in the Framework
in a descriptive way.

Proposal: See attached. Highlighted text is changes proposed.

Notes:
1. This issue assumes the use of the new text approved 24 May 2007 in Section
4.5 that is not yet included in the Editor's draft for Issue 4555. [3]
2. This issue corrects two grammatical or formatting issues found in Section
4.3.2 and 4.5. An indention error is corrected for text on policy assertion
parameters (Section 4.5). A lengthy sentence is separated into two sentences
(Section 4.3.2). No text changes occur.
