A reader-friendly description such as an XML outline (see below) is also useful. An example of a specification that provides an XML Outline is the Web Services Reliable Messaging Policy document [Web Services Reliable Messaging Policy]. The definition of the outline syntax used in that specification is found in its Terminology section (1.1).
