What do you mean by the dash board?
If you mean:

we don't update this until you submit your results.
Do you have Round3 results? Do you have Round1 or Round2 self-test results?
If you are referring to http://www.soaphub.org/interop/status/WSPolicyInteropStatus, then Doug Davis will do this.
