A couple of interop participants have noted that they would like to do remote testing during the Ottawa interop event. The WG has discussed the feasibility of doing this with Abbie Barbir, our meeting host, and he has informed us: >We do not have static IP addresses and a firewall may be in the way. We believe that this restriction is going to make remote testing difficult if not impossible during the Ottawa interop event. Note that some interop participants (e.g. IBM and Microsoft) have setup remote Round3 clients to avoid this kind of problem: IBM Client: http://www.soaphub.org/wspolicy/interop3.jsp MSFT Client: Client: http://131.107.153.203/WSPolicyWebTest/Default.aspx Please take this information into consideration when planning for the Ottawa interop event. /paulc Paul Cotton, Microsoft Canada 17 Eleanor Drive, Ottawa, Ontario K2E 6A3 Tel: (613) 225-5445 Fax: (425) 936-7329 mailto:Paul.Cotton@microsoft.com > -----Original Message----- > From: public-ws-policy-interop-request@w3.org [mailto:public-ws-policy- > interop-request@w3.org] On Behalf Of Paul Cotton > Sent: April 4, 2007 1:41 PM > To: Fabian.Ritzmann@Sun.COM; Doug Davis > Cc: public-ws-policy-interop@w3.org; Christopher B Ferris > Subject: RE: May F2F interop event > > > Here is an outline for a work plan for the Ottawa interop event.
